Whether you're brand new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, private yoga sessions are a beautiful way to connect more intentionally with your body, your breath, and your inner wisdom - on your own schedule, and in your own space.
Each session is personalized to your unique body, goals, and needs. Whether you’re working with an injury, focusing on certain poses, building strength and flexibility, or simply wanting to slow down and ground yourself, the choice is yours.
Private yoga allows us to slow down, communicate openly, and move with presence. You’ll receive personalized guidance, hands-on adjustments (if desired), and modifications to help you feel confident and safe in each pose. These sessions blend mindful movement with breath-work and somatic awareness, creating a space to nourish your body both physically and emotionally.
I’m available for private yoga sessions, small group classes, events, and retreats. I come to you - whether that's your home, your retreat space, or somewhere special to you. Each session is tailored to your needs, whether you're craving a gentle, restorative session, or a strong vinyasa flow.

Local Group Classes
I’m excited to now be offering in-person yoga classes here in Lubec, ME! These classes are a welcoming space for you to move, breathe, and reconnect. Most classes will be vinyasa based flows that range from energizing and uplifting, to grounding and restorative, depending on the season, the class, and the energy of the group.
